I can usually tell you the estimated monthly payment for that home and if it is eligible for programs to help with the down payment. I can even help you get prequalified and or approved with a lender.

Mike is very good at taking care of your needs, answering question, and getting you approved. Use his site to find out how much home you can shop for. it may be a home up to 175,000 or up to 250,000. Its very helpful so you do not fall in love with a home you cannot get.
Once you know your price range you can set up a listing alert for that price range and any other criteria you are looking for whether its acreage, a home with a pool, 4 bedrooms, near a certain school, etc.
