Unsure if you should Buy- a LEASE OPTION may be right for you

I have been working with many people that are unsure about buying and are more interested in Leasing with the option to purchase.

When you are new to an area and not sure exactly where you want to transplant yourself you  may want to lease for a while and be sure you like it,

A friend of mine bought a home within a few months after coming here from New York. He is retired and had a few bad experiences renting while looking to buy. He was anxious to buy quick and he did. He loves his new home and the area he is in but has found that he likes a few other locations better.  He wishes he had found something there.

Buying a home is a big decision. Moving to a new area can take some adjusting to. Some adjust well and other become home sick.

If you would like the opportunity to lease a home with the option to buy later you can do that.

I work with a company that lets you go out and shop for a home. Choose the one you may like to buy.  (This home should be in a good location with good schools and be between 100 and 500 thousand with under 3 acres and meet other criteria of company) .  If it meets the companies criteria they will buy the home and lease it to you. You will also have a right to purchase agreement with your signed 1 yr lease. You can purchase the home when you are ready (up to 5 yrs) You can purchase in 6 months,  a year, two years, or Decide not to and just end your lease and move.

(This is a quick scenerio  and may not be accurate, it is to the best of my knowledge. Homes and applicants must meet certain criteria  so each circumstance is different ) For full criteria and information I can send you the information sheet and have you start an application process when ready.
