Relocate to Florida- Need help searching for a home
The more details you know about what you are looking for in a home the easier it is to find. There is more to shopping than just price, size and location. Consider this- a 3 bedroom home is not enough details There are homes that have 1100 sq ft that have 3 bedrooms and there are homes that have 2600 sq ft that have 3 bedrooms A garage- will a 1 car garage suffice or do you need at least 3? if only one is the driveway adequate to get in and out and hold all the cars. My dentist recently told me that when they bought the house it was great but now his kids will be getting their license soon and is concerned about parking. Location- Where are your favorite place or places you will frequent often. It may be work, a favorite restaurant or shopping center, a golf course, park, a beach or downtown?
