In the process of selling a home that is currently used as residential property buy is also zoned commercial general. It is located just off 776 across the street from Bay Heights Park which offers fishing an a Public Boat Dock. He is to an out of state buyer. It is listed for 94,900 and my buyer has made an offer which was countered at a good price. He is tough because he always offers really low.
