If you like to bike then you must visit the Legacy Trail and Venetian Waterway Trails in Venice. It is ranked in FL Top 10 Biking trails. I like to access the Venetian Waterway trail at Shamrock Park. From there it takes you along the Intercoastal waterway via the "Venetian waterway trail past the historic train depot and onto the Legacy Trail which takes you all the way to Sarasota bypassing Roberts Bay and Dona Bay for beautiful views and also past several parks. I use the trail to go to downtown Venice via the overpass along 41 and visit Venice Beach, Sharky's and the South Jetty. I just had a buyer close on a home 2 weeks ago. The house was beautiful. It was all newly renovated with kitchen, bath, flooring remodelled. They are having issues with their electrical that keeps tripping and have a plumbing leak. If you are buying a home newly renovated with all new appliances etc. you still want to purchase a HOME WARRANTY. I have a few Home warranty companies I can suggest. Another thing is to get the names of any and all contractors that did the work on the home and see if they back up their work so if you do have a problem you can call the guy that is familiar with the home and what was done. If you haven't purchased yet New Construction may be the way to go. It is often cheaper to build than repair. If you would like to consider this option I can refer you to some lenders and take you to see some model homes.
